Sensitive water protection zone

A customized double-wall pipe system was prefabricated for the new construction of a detached house on the upper part of Lake Zurich. Thanks to the complete Jansen package - from planning to acceptance - the construction project could be implemented quickly and accurately.

The property is located in a prescribed groundwater protection zone, directly on the lakeshore on the upper part of Lake Zurich and represents a preferred residential area with an island or peninsula character. This area is part of a groundwater protection zone in which special environmental regulations apply. Jansen specializes in such sensitive areas and offers solutions that guarantee maximum impermeability and safety. The precise planning and implementation of the construction project took into account all relevant protection requirements.
