Sales
The Sales team develops, supports and monitors sustainable development of our customer portfolio in the markets. The postholders produce annual turnover and cost budgets and plan marketing and sales activities. Sales tasks include monitoring the market and performance, and checking the success of individual projects.
Technical advice
The Technical advice team advises our customers on issues relating to the technical application of Jansen systems. It also provides support for the design and construction of special solutions. It produces detailed proposals, preliminary structural calculations and, if required, supports the coordination of site-based activities.
Development
The Development team is responsible for the required products and their functionality. On the one hand it deals with the efficient development of new products and, on the other hand, with supplementing the existing product portfolio in accordance with the standards. To this end it is also in constant contact with international test institutes.
Product management
The Product management team is responsible for actively managing the products in the different lifecycles and for their international marketing. The remit therefore includes the analysis and documentation of market conditions, the drafting of functional specifications and the successful and sustainable positioning of the systems in the market.
Purchaising
Purchasing is involved in the cost-optimised and high-quality procurement of the product portfolio. The postholder is the Lead Buyer, who is responsible for the development and implementation of the purchasing strategy for materials and material groups. In addition, Purchasing manages suppliers taking into account price and supplier conditions, plans and carries out supplier audits, and carries out sourcing initiatives in development projects.
Quality management
Quality management is responsible for the maintenance, the effectiveness and the ongoing development of the company-wide management systems. For this purpose, it carries out audits and assessments, updates and develops the JansenCore (IMS) system, checks contracts, produces risk analyses, establishes and monitors key performance indicators.
Communication
Communication is responsible for producing flyers, leaflets, brochures, advertisements and mailings. It updates the corporate website, looks after social media channels and the PR work of the company, produces films and photographs, plans and coordinates trade fairs and other events. As a service team, the department is responsible for the CI/CD and for the consistency and the coordinated design of both internal and external communication.
