Manifold systems
The JANSEN distribution chambers are made of robust, UV-resistant PE plate material. High-quality, certified materials and components combined with first-class workmanship guarantee installation safety, high static stability, trouble-free operation and a long service life. From the pipes to the valves, all manifold components are selected to have a low pressure drop. Therefore, the lowest possible power consumption of the brine circulating pump can be achieved. All distribution systems are pressure tested in our factories.
All connecting pipe ends are triple welded with the chamber wall, ready for connection with conventional connector systems such as electrofusion fittings. All round chambers are generally equipped with a high-quality, surface water proof, UV-resistant plastic manhole cover, in accordance with load rating class A15. This corresponds to 1.5 t test load, respectively to 1 t wheel load. Cover for traffic areas in class B125 (12.5 t test load or 5 t wheel load) and class D400 (40 t test load or up to 12.5 t wheel load) are available as an option.
The optimal solution for every situation
For the installation under buildings and in situations with groundwater occurrences the hydrostatic conditions are to be considered. JANSEN distribution chambers are designed for the respective conditions, based on EN 1852. Some chamber types (JANSEN easy, JANSEN comfort, custom-made products) can be additionally reinforced and supplied with water pressure stability for increased or even extreme requirements.
In order to prevent buoyancy, the chambers – depending on their design – are equipped with either sturdy bottom plates or eyelets, which allow the chambers to be anchored to a bottom foundation
