Expansion of photovoltaic installations

Jansen has commissioned the construction of a new 2.1 MWp photovoltaic installation. In this way, the company is promoting sustainable development with the aim of generating more and more of the energy it needs for its own production. This photovoltaic installation is one of the largest in the region and covers the annual needs of approximately 500 households. Work on the project began back in 2009 with the construction of what was then the largest PV installation in eastern Switzerland on ‘Hall M’. In 2022, a new 608 kWp photovoltaic installation was built on ‘Hall L’.
